Replacement of Position He sailed across the river, the widest river he has ever crossed. When he woke up, he was dazed. He looked out into the dawning river, the light cast a orange glow upon the ripples of tiny wake the boat leaves behind.

He spent his day fishing. The ferryman ate with him, lunch and dinner. He made a merry time sailing down the river. They told stories to each other, stories of other rivers, stories of adventure, joy, happiness.

As they sailed down the river, he caught sight of an unbelievable animal. Looming over the banks of the river was a dog. A big black dog, darker than the darkest night, stood silently on the banks. Its tail was abnorma
